Universal Music Group and Citi to Benefit Musicians On Call

As part of Universal Music Group’s “Music Is Universal” Celebration during the 60th Annual Grammy Awards, UMG partnered with Citi to commission a handful of renowned NYC street artists to create custom Boom Box sculptures inspired by some of their most iconic artists to benefit Musicians On Call.

Musicians On Call brings live and recorded music to the bedsides of patients in healthcare facilities. By delivering live, in-room performances to patients undergoing treatment or unable to leave their beds, they add a dose of joy to life in a healthcare facility. Since 1999, Musicians On Call volunteer musicians have performed for 600,000 patients and their families across the country.
