The Morgan Hoffmann Foundation was created in 2017 after PGA Tour golfer Morgan Hoffmann was diagnosed with Facioscapulohumeral muscular dystrophy (FSHD). The Foundation’s overarching mission is to create the MHF Health & Wellness Center which will serve as an example for what can be available to individuals suffering from muscular dystrophy, other neuromuscular diseases, and those who are seeking to better themselves through mind, body and soul.
