Richard Nixon was known for the rarity of hand-signed documents. During his presidency, Nixon's staff commonly used an autopen or rubber stamp for signing letters and documents. This vintage, highly collectible typed letter from former President Nixon is hand-signed in Nixon's unmistakable handwriting, on his personal stationery from his La Casa Pacifica estate in San Clemente. La Casa Pacifica was known as President Richard Nixon's Western White House, used while living and working outside of the official presidential residence, the White House in Washington D.C.
The letter is accompanied by a vintage Richard Nixon White House Presidential Parker pen, and a vintage Gerald Ford Presidential pen.
