Lee Maen
A native Angeleno, studied Economics at UCLA followed by receiving his MBA from the Anderson School (UCLA). He caught the entrepreneurial bug early and founded his first business, the Gem Bar & Lounge while still in graduate school. With his realized passion for food & beverage and the Hospitality Industry, he and his partners created Sushi Roku on Third Street in 1996, reinventing Japanese fusion cuisine for a new era. Sushi Roku evolved into Innovative Dining Group, where he oversees all facets of the business from leading the Executive Team to managing all the firm’s marketing, PR, and branding, as well as domestic and international business development. Lee is a member of YPO, is Vice Chairman of the Sunset Strip Business Improvement District, serves on the Board of Directors of the West Hollywood Chamber of Commerce and is on the Advisory Board of Peju Winery in Napa California.
