As an executive of Business Solution & Implementation at T-Mobile, Axel leads the implementation and onboarding experience effort for all internal and external clients in a way that enables growth and retention of new existing high-value. Previously, Axel effectively led the design, building, and operation of an advanced 4G LTE/5G Technology innovation lab. During the Sprint and T-Mobile merger, the Innovation lab has been the cornerstone for platforms facilitating the migration between the two networks resulting in the best network for a world-class customer experience.
Axel is known in the industry for his passion for bridging the gap between customer needs and technology. Axel has an entrepreneurial, tunnel vision approach that has resulted in a successful track record of building high-performing teams, reducing churn, cost and achieving high customer satisfaction levels. Axel dedicates his time to mentoring both student-athletes preparing for college and college students entering the technology industry. Prior to playing professional soccer in the US and Germany he was an NSCAA2X All American, and played on US Youth National Soccer teams.
Axel earned his BS degree in Business Management and Information Systems, and Masters degree in Information Systems: Technology Management from Liberty University, Lynchburg, VA.
