Haven Entertainment is a dynamic entertainment company that has gained recognition by producing award-winning documentary, narrative feature films and television; representing top writers, directors, actors, and comedians; as well as working with brands to develop cutting-edge digital content. Feature projects include Hello, My Name is Doris directed by Michael Showalter and starring Sally Field and a documentary centering on Jeanie Buss and the Lakers that is currently in production with full Laker support. Haven is also currently in production on a documentary on the future of cars and transportation in partnership with Malcolm Gladwell and Audi.
Haven’s work can be seen on TV as well with Comedy Central’s Idiot Sitter and they are currently in production on the third season of the hit TBS show Wrecked. Haven is also producing Netflix’s two season show with client Hasan Minhaj. Haven is also active in the digital space with Go90 series Embed, executive produced by Megyn Kelly and Michael De Luca, Play by Play, renewed for a second and third season simultaneously, Relationship Status starring Milo Ventimiglia that currently is wrapping post on its second season, and In the Vault, a college murder mystery that’s gearing up for production on its second season. Additionally, I <3 Bekka & Lucy, set to be released on Warner Bros digital platform Stage 13, had its premiere at SXSW 2017.
Finally, Youth & Consequences, created by Haven client Jason Ubaldi and starring Anna Akana, produced by Haven and The Mark Gordon Company, is now available on Youtube Red. Just wrapping up production on the digital side is the faith-based drama series The Baxters based off the novels written by Karen Kingsbury in association with Will Packer and Roma Downey and currently in pre-production is Sneakerheads, “Silicon Valley in the world of high-end, sneaker subculture” being produced alongside Olive Bridge which will debut on Complex Networks.
Brendan Bragg started his career working as an assistant at Outlaw Productions under prolific producers Bobby Newmyer and Jeffrey Silver. Following that he was a creative executive at Integrated Films & Management where he helped develop the thrillers A Haunting In Connecticut and Borderland before becoming the president of production at RightOff Entertainment where he oversaw the supernatural horror film The Echo. In 2009, he partnered with Jordana Mollick to form Black Sheep Management & Productions where they developed projects for film, TV and theater while focusing on representing a carefully curated array of writers and directors. In May of 2013, Black Sheep merged with Haven Entertainment to form a powerhouse management and production company. Brendan produced the feature film Life Partners, directed by Susanna Fogel and starring Leighton Meester, Gillian Jacobs and Adam Brody, which premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival. In 2014, Brendan executive produced the independent comedy Night Owls, directed by Charles Hood and starring Adam Pally, Rosa Salazar and Peter Krause. In 2017, Brendan was the executive producer on multiple digital series including the Complex Networks /Verizon Go90 millennial political comedy series Embed, the murder-mystery show In The Vault and the 90’s-set comedy Play By Play. In 2018, Brendan executive produced the series The Baxters. He continues to focus on managing his stable of writers and directors.
